WE. GET. SHIP. DONE.

• IF YOU HAVE A SHIPPING CARRIER PREFERENCE PLEASE LEAVE IT IN THE NOTES AT CHECKOUT.  Otherwise we prefer UPS for Domestic USA orders and Fed Ex for International.
• Confirmed Paid Orders are typically shipped within 1 - 3 business days.  We try to ship the same or the very next business day when possible. 
• Orders are typically delivered within 5 business days across the contiguous USA, once you have received your tracking number via email.  If you have not received your tracking number by email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support team.
• Keep in mind, the delivery date estimates are from the carriers and are NOT guaranteed delivery dates.
• Please allow for extending shipping times during Holidays and promotional sales events, due to high order and shipping volumes. 
• Beard Octane is not responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees, VAT and/or additional shipping fees that you may be charged by your country's customs department.
• Beard Octane is not responsible for any inaccurate billing and/or billing addresses. Any additional shipping & handling fees occurred due to incorrect information provided at checkout is the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Sales tax is based on the applicable state & local sales tax rates of the location to which the order is being shipped.  IF YOU ARE SALES TAX EXEMPT, PLEASE REACH OUT TO SUPPORT PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER.
