Refund policy
At Beard Octane, we stand behind the quality and integrity of our products. As a wholesale partner, your satisfaction matters—but due to the nature of wholesale purchasing, we maintain the following return/exchange and refund guidelines:
Accepted Returns & Refunds/Exchanges
We will accept returns or issue refunds only under the following circumstances:
- Fulfillment Errors – If we shipped the wrong product(s) or quantities.
- Defective Products – If products are found to be defective upon delivery.
- Shipping Damage – If products are visibly damaged or destroyed during transit (please provide photos within 5 days of delivery).
In any of these cases, please contact us at support@beardoctane.com within 5 business days of receiving your order so we can promptly address the issue.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable / Non-Exchange Situations
We do not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for:
- Products that do not sell well or meet sales expectations in your shop or salon.
- Customer preferences or seasonal changes in demand.
- Orders placed in error by the buyer.
Stocking your shelves with Beard Octane products is an investment in your business, and we encourage all partners to order responsibly based on their clientele and retail needs. Sample sets are available for purchase, and we encourage you to add those to your orders.
